While keeping the original Colonial Style architecture and essence in tact but adding a modern twist to it, this home was designed surrounding the needs and desires of the client, Jennifer Torres. Using a dark cool palette with touches of red brick and wooden floors this modern Colonial style home is the ideal place for a small family to enjoy their days.

3DS Max

A cozy gender neutral baby room is the perfect design for a small space. This nursery was designed and modeled in the Adobe 3DS Max program to give a more photo realistic visual to the design.

My client Jazmine Real is a very organized and clean person, her home will represent her in every way. Jazmine is striving to become an electrical technology engineer, her career choice mirrors her sense of style.. Everything in her life surrounds the idea of being symmetrical and simple. As someone who loves being surrounded by nature and enjoying scenic views and the fresh breezes, locating her home in Ontario, Canada is the ideal area. While having the best of both worlds, her home will be clean and organized but located in the chaos of nature with all of its organic and natural elements. This home will be a reflection of Jazmine in every form and it will portray the essence of her two loves, technology and nature. This will be a technologically based home in the heart of nature.

In order too create the ideal living situation for my client, Sergio Contreras, it was necessary to completely remodel his existing bathroom. While keeping all of the struggles he has with this current bathroom in mind such as, not enough space, his wheels getting stuck on the shower curtain when he moves it, no clear counter space under the sink, and the medicine cabinet, sink, and mirror are too high for him to reach, the re-design includes several ADA compliant features to enhance his bathroom experience. Incorporating all of the Universal Design Principles in this space creates a well rounded, functional bathroom that is fit for any person to use comfortably. With the use of a modern cool color pallet with hints of warm accent colors it will turn his current bathroom struggle into a spacious oasis of relaxation.

Equitable Use:
- The glass panels on the shower doors and side walls of the shower are opaque to provide privacy without the need of curtains or solid walls.
Flexibility in Use:
- All handles will have the colors of the temperature on the handle, blue for cold and red for hot
Simple and Intuitive Use:
- Use of the design is easy to understand, regardless of the user’s experience, knowledge, language skills, or current concentration level.
- The light switch will have the words ON and OFF clearly labeled on it
Perceptible Information:
- The design communicates necessary information effectively to the user, regardless of ambient conditions or the users sensory abilities.
Tolerance for Error:
- The floor of the shower/bathtub combo will be rubberized to add extra grip in case the floor becomes slippery when it is wet.
Low Physical Effort:
- All the handles and faucets will be levers
- The sink will extend to the edge of the counter top for easy access to just roll in and use
Size and Space for Approach and Use:
- The medicine cabinet is lowered for reach
- There will be a full body mirror for any up close or even far away needs
- The sink will not have any obstructions to provide knee space

Light Up Floor
Ultra-bright LED lights mark the lines, and each floor is made up of 165 single glass panels layered with foil. Once the LED patterns have been laid, layers of toughened glass coated in an ultra- strong anti-skid laminate are placed on top. The LED lighting is then covered in layers of toughened glass coating Lines will be different colors and where each line ends it will
have one item of that color.
Ex. Red line to kitchen and kitchen has red cabinets.
